Peak season
- Starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend.
- Week of Spring Break.
- A three (3) night minimum is required with the exception of the second half of August.
Off season
- A two (2) night minimum is required.
Final payment
- Final payments are required thirty (30) days before check-in.
- If Payment is not received timely, River Rock Cabins, at their sole discretion, may cancel your reservation and no refund shall be provided.
Cancellations
25% of your total reservation is due at the time of booking. Deposits are required to complete a reservation. Cancellations made 31 days before check-in will receive 100% of your deposit (less cancellation fee). Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit all monies paid. Cancellation fee = $100.00. Same applies for shortened stays/early departures.
