Peak season
Peak season starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend and the week of Spring Break. A three (3) night minimum is required.
Off season
A two (2) night minimum is required.
Final payment
Final payments are required thirty (30) days before check-in. If Payment is not received timely, River Rock Cabins, at their sole discretion, may cancel your reservation and no refund shall be provided.
Cancellations
Guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee of $50) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee of $50) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
